Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Rails purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
